This Casio men's watch has a titanium case and bezel that reduces weight while maintaining the shock resistance that G-Shock watches are known for. The watch is solar powered that allows the watch to run for nine months on a full charge without further exposure to light. The watch calibrates itself via radio signals to the US atomic clock for unsurpassed accuracy. It features five daily alarms, a countdown timer, a stopwatch, auto electroluminescent backlight with Afterglow, a calendar pre-programmed until 2099, a battery power indicator, and a power saving function. A deep waved black resin band provides a secure fit and the watch is water resistant to 660 feet (200 meters). It is covered by the manufacturer's 1-year warranty.

If you're looking for a very rugged, practical (vs. style), no-maintenance watch, this should be a strong consideration. Solar powered, automatic atomic time setting, rugged, water proof. I've had it for a few months including travel. Initially took a couple of days to figure out the atomic time keeping, but once done there are no more worries about recalibration or replacing any battery.

This Casio watch is simply excellent...I love it! It may be great to have a nice dress watch for special occasions. However, it's also nice to have all the functions that come with this one for everyday use...I use them all the time. I wish I had bought this when it was first introduced. The night viewing feature is super along with the automatic timekeeping. I couldn't be happier!

I got this watch for x-mas and I have to say that I love this watch! I take it everywhere with me, including hiking, mountain biking and traveling and it has never failed me. However, there is one drawback to this watch and it's the automatic timekeeping. It was updating every single night up until the time I traveled from California to China. Ever since I got back, it seems to only update the time every month or so; very infrequently. I'm not sure why it stopped updating daily and I can't seem to figure this out. Also, another annoyance is the backlight which doesn't stay on nearly long enough (for my taste). Also wish the countdown timer would be 24 hours instead of only 60 minutes. Otherwise, this watch has worked flawlessly. Love the world time function on this watch and the solar panel! Would highly recommend this watch. BTW - I have a small wrist and the watch isn't as big as I thought and it's actually a good fit!
